West Northamptonshire Council – Planning Applications
You can view the progress of Planning Applications online at West Northamptonshire Planning Applications Register. Select relevant search criteria (e.g. the Parish is “Overthorpe”) then click ‘Search’.
Fly-Tipping
You can report fly-tipping (and many other concerns) online at West Northamptonshire Council https://www.westnorthants.gov.uk/fly-tipping . You can also use this site to see if issues have already been reported, and receive notice of action taken.
Fix My Street (also known as Street Doctor)
To report potholes or other Highways issues, go to Fix My Street. If you are reporting a problem that needs urgent attention, (for example fallen trees blocking the road), you may need to call 0300 126 7000 (during office hours) or 01604 651074.
Water Leaks
Report problems with mains water supply or sewers to Anglian Water. Their website also explains where responsibilities lie in respect of repairs to shared drains.
Street Lighting – Reporting Faults
Our street lighting is maintained by the Parish Council. To report a fault with a light please e-mail the Parish Clerk on clerk@overthorpeparish.gov.uk.
